This backboard is made of marine-grade Okoume plywood with capped hardwood runners and polyurethane bumpers to protect against wear and tear. Four nylon hook and loop body straps ensure the victim’s body is secured safely and two padded head blocks with hook and loop straps secure the head, ensuring patient stabilization.
